1. The Service
Plaax is a digital product that generates a personalized AI playbook based on answers you provide in a short quiz. The playbook is created using AI and delivered to you digitally upon payment.
2. Payment & Pricing
The current price for a Plaax AI Playbook is $37 USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your payment method.
3. Refund Policy
Because Plaax generates a custom digital product immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your playbook, contact us at plaaxaiplaybook@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.
4. Digital Product & Access
Your playbook is a digital document accessible via a unique link after payment. We store your playbook securely so you can access it after purchase. We are not responsible for loss of access caused by you clearing your browser data or losing your access link — contact us and we can resend it.
5. Use of AI
Your playbook is generated using Anthropic's Claude AI. While we design the prompts to produce high-quality, actionable output, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Plaax is meant to be a helpful guide, not professional legal, financial, or medical advice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or share your playbook commercially without our written consent
- Use Plaax for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the Plaax platform or its underlying systems
7. Intellectual Property
The Plaax platform, brand, and design are owned by Plaax. Your generated playbook content is yours to use for personal purposes. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated insights from playbook data to improve our service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Plaax is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI-generated content will be perfectly accurate or suitable for your specific situation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plaax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Plaax after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
